Between Friday morning and Sunday evening, (due to work) I only got in a total of 7.5 hours of sleep, according to fitbit, only 2 hours of that was a deep sleep. Unfortunately, this caused me to indulge in more high carb meals than I wanted, with lack of time, it also ended up being processed, unhealthy carbs.

However, it is quite intriguing how the body resets once you have had enough sleep, I have been awake since 4am and I havent had the need to indulge on anything thus far. I hope I can manage a fast day today and maybe some exercise later.

I hope that everyone had a fantastic weekend, I know I will draw my inspiration from all of you for the week ahead!
