Watch out for all those Black Cats, I see here. They are on HIGH ALERT this Friday the 13th. I used to love watching all those crazy movies. Just be careful today, maybe just a tad more careful. lol Need to watch food intake a bit more. We have band practice today. I need to pay more attention to my drums, and looking forward to seeing the Jason Bonham Concert a week from today. It is always a Zep Fest! Great drummer too! Have a safe, and wonderful day!

Yes! I went to the NutriShop to buy a bunch of protein powder and got a parking spot RIGHT IN FRONT of the store, and then found I had a $5 off coupon and a member's discount, too! See? Good Luck!

I would TRY to make a joke or be snarky about Friday the 13 with me not being superstitious and all. But knowing my luck, something just short of horrible would happen to me. lol. I will refrain lol.

LoL. Funny guy! My local animal shelter said, "Black cats are the least to be adopted, too many people are superstitious." And during Halloween they don't let them get adopted to prevent cruelty to them. Perhaps it is really a big CIA secret that black cats do bring lots of good luck and can help us even lose weight too!

My black cat is from a shelter, the black and white was abandoned. The shelter personnel are always happy to see a black cat get a good home.
