Yesterday was my 1 year anniversary, its really amazing to see how far things have progressed in this time. Between the two of us, we have lost over 15kgs in just 6 months. The little ideas picked up on fatsecret has been invaluable. Being in the medical field, you actually tend to neglect your weight and eating habits, you think you understand everything about physiology and anatomy until you learn something new, like the nuances of intermittent fasting and 5:2. I am grateful for finding this site and the amazing people here to motivate and inspire.
