DAMMIT! Totally blew it last night with the eating. Why is it that it is SO hard for me to get back on track after vacation??? Today is a new day and even if I go over on my calories, I'm tracking everything!!! That's a start.
On the plus side, I've brought a very sensible lunch, breakfast, and snack to work. No excuses today. Just need to drink tons of water because I'm going to hot yoga tonight.
