Why can't I get it through my thick head that you can't out run the fork. If I applied the same intensity towards sticking to my macros as I do exercising, I would be dropping pounds. Uugh!! So I am in this corporate daily steps challenge that lasts 4 weeks. It started yesterday and ends in 3 weeks 6 days. Yesterday I logged 16,889 steps with a planned 25K + for today (It should be in the bag considering I am at 13,895 and it is only 11:37 AM EST. At least I am hitting my macros today. HELP!

Come on don be so hard on yourself. Remember insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different outcome. You are doing something different today and variety is the name of the game in weight loss. When I worked with a trainer years ago he stated that this was my biggest problem as I could stick to a regulated diet, exercise as needed and had excellent motivation, but got easily board with workouts. Change your workouts frequently and get a different prospective. If your workouts are all indoors work out side. Breath some fresh air, enjoy nature. Other members have given you excellent advise drink more water, add fiber, watch food intake. Another thing watch television from the floor. Every time a commercial comes on do a floor exercise. This way you get a workout while enjoying your television time. Ride a stationary bike while listening to a book on CD or a favorite CD. Just remember to be kind and loving to yourself.
