local shop stopped selling the version of ciabatta bread that i usually buy 120 cals so i looked elsewhere and ended up not buying any at all ....BIG MISTAKE ... i should have bought the next bread ok higher in calories BUT NOT AS HIGH AS ALL THE OTHER FOODS IVE BEEN EATING INSTEAD as i said big mistake learn from this to replace immediately with the next similar food to keep diet routine smooth
220.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

ye p it sure does and the silly shops are still not selling the bread i liked ...so im having to settle for one that is 50 calories higher per roll
