Okay, so I lost 3 pounds! Which puts me at the start weight for here. Which is fine. In one week, but simply eating the same way I did, just with little tweaks, I managed to lose 3 pounds. I like what kicked it up was the weight loss. So, last week I weighed 198, and now 195. So really my goal weight loss is 73 lbs. (My secret goal is 83lbs though, but we'll see what happens.)
I am so happy. Usually after a week, nothing happens, and I'm discouraged, but I guess my mental state and my determination is really helping me this time.
I am really happy. I can't wait for the next weigh in!
