I feel I should correct myself on yesterday's journal entry. I said I'm doing a 24 hour fast, but what I meant was that it's only an extension on the 8:16 IF. Instead of breaking my fast at lunch, I will skip the meal and only break at dinner tonight.
So in actual fact my "24 hour fast" started last night, & will continue today, until dinner time.
If I can get this right through to July (as stated yesterday), I will skip lunch all together & eat only dinner from August onward, as & when possible.

P.S: My unofficial weight this morning was 79.2 kg. Let's see what tomorrow holds for me!

You will find that it becomes easier and easier and u will reach the point of skipping lunch then getting to dinner time and saying to yourself I think I can push myself not to eat dinner and just eat food tomorrow :) Challenge yourself when that time comes.

Yeah, and who's gonna cook for hubby, lol? He sure as hell won't skip lunch, much less dinner, and it will take a hell of a lot of will power to cook for him & then skip dinner!!!
Even if I make him cook his own dinner, all the smells will be there!! But anyways, let me cross that bridge when the time comes!!!
P.S: BBO, that is my ultimate goal!

Believe me, u will be able to cook and smell the food and not even feel for it but it takes time to get in control of yourself like that. I'll be right here cheering u on as your cheerleader :D
