I just want to fit into my summer clothes!!! GAAAAAH. first week detox is the worst...going from eating everything in sight to a really strict, low carb low calorie high protein meal plan...it worked before it will work again. The first week is the worst. 8 pounds is not the 30 + that I had to lose before...sounds so easy but it isn't. I hate the way my stomach hangs over my pants.. I hate not being able to button my cute shorts...I look pregnant in the new dresses I ordered for summer. if all goes as planned I should be able to fit and look decent in them in a few pounds..if course the hard part!! I am grateful that I do not have a mountain to climb right now..and truly feel for the people fighting to climb right now...I know I should appreciate that I am still technically fit looking enough with yoga pants and loose shirts..but I will tell you it does not matter if it is 5 or 50 pounds that needs gone..it's the way one feels about themselves. and right now... I want this 8 pounds GONE.
