I am feeling GREAT today! The key:: Getting up off the couch and actually doing something! I am cleaning my basement and feel good doing it lol.
When I was pregnant the last couple of months all I did was sit on the couch and watch t.v. Now that I have had my daughter I have found myself following in those footsteps. I need to get motivated everyday and when I get up just start to do what I need to do. I can always watch t.v. after I am done with all my stuff! It can be like my reward!
I wonder....am I the only one out there that is addicted to t.v? Geezzz I need to break this habit to live a healthier lifestyle!
Well I will take it one day at a time, and today is a good day so far! YAY
