Going to wait a week for the next time I weigh myself. Maybe with weight loss too much on the mind I can't lose the weight? Anyways, its disappointing and discouraging seeing the same number three days in a row. Other than that, I'm noticing things I couldn't do before. There's a temple a few minutes away from my apartment that I often walk to. Before I lost any weight, I'd get there in 16-17 minutes. Now, I get there in about 13 minutes. Never had I ever consider beating my walking time by such a difference! So. The scale can kiss my fat ass, because I'm making progress in other ways :)
