I started Weight Watchers 2 weeks ago. I need the accountability. I signed-up for Ironman Wisconsin for 2010. I really need to lose weight in order to complete the race. I don't have much trouble getting the workouts in. My trouble is what I put in my mouth. I am hoping to get down to 190lbs by September 2010.
