Well yesterday started out really well, had the protein above the fat & carbs were down at lunchtime. I thought about eating out at Fazoli's for dinner, but someone brought baked treats again (still can't quite stay away from those)so I had a big chocolate chip cookie. Decided I probably should just go home & have fish & veggies before a short run on the treadmill. But alas, my daughter was called into a late meeting & needed me to get my granddaughter; by the time she made it to my house it was 6:30pm - so we ended up at Fazoli's, LOL! Ended the day a little over my calorie range, and protein was still good, but no treadmill (sad face). Today isn't getting off to a good start, I had a breakfast sandwich that was way too high in fat, plus my boss brought me a Starbucks brownie (very nice of him), so protein is WAY down. Fortunately I have a TV dinner for lunch that's pretty good in the protein dept, plus a protein shake for my mid-afternoon snack. Planning on beef & broccoli stir-fry for dinner tonight, think I'll skip the rice though (another sad face).
