Day 42 of 60.

I've been off for the past couple of days fighting a huge battle with myself. You would think that falling below 100 Kg would motivate me to keep it going, but noooo... Instead I went on an uncontrollable snacking binge. I would do OK during the day, but at night, I just couldn't keep from stuffing junk in my mouth. If there is any good news in this, it's that I don't have an awful lot of junk in the house, so my snacking wasn't as damaging as it could have been.

Hopefully, I'm past the worst of it. I've got two days on track--yesterday and today--and hope to keep the run going tomorrow. I've been off the gym since Saturday, but I hope to get back there tomorrow as well. I'm not looking forward to my weigh-in tomorrow morning, but whatcha gonna do? Take it like a man, I suppose.
