So I was pretty good over the weekend, I exercised, actually tracked what I ate, and pushed to eat more protein/less carbs. I guess that's the new plan, try eating more protein & fewer carbs than I have in the past. As a reward for tracking over the weekend, I bought myself a new hat - trying to develop non-food rewards, haha! Unfortunately, my efforts didn't translate to any weight loss, but I suppose it's too early to tell just yet. Still tweaking the diet, keep trying, keep trying....
