Crazy busy and getting the garden going. Not really paying attention to food, in fact, the last few days my appetite has been off again. Change in meds again. Very very tired at night.

Learning to knit. I have sworn more in the last week than I have in the last ten years lol. So far all I have finished is a scarf and a dishcloth. Its supposed to be a relaxing, sitting still hobby for me, not sure how that will work out lol.

Running a bit but not training quite. I keep forgetting to put the fitbit on in the morning but I think I am averaging 11000ish so overall I am happy.

I am lurking more than anything else these days but I am still here.

181.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 31.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Happy to see you around, sorry you are tired so often...take it easy and enjoy the gardening. Knitting? Yeah, NO, I would tear my hair out.

I quit smoking 8 years ago by knitting. I made an afghan for my brother. If I got stuck in a traffic jam, I'd just pull out the knitting. Sometimes I'd have to put the interior light on to see. I learned to knit as a child. Once you get the hang of it, you'll probably enjoy.
