ok another horrible shift over. weight in tomorrow :( not looking forward to it done no exercise this week. But have tried to keep the kcals down. faced massive temptation today at work stress full time bought the usual crap instead of health cakes chocolate and snack foods but once I got back in the staff room and realised what I had done I thought well just because Ive bought it doesnt mean I have to eat it!!!! So I had the fridge raiders but I only had 1 apple turn over and 1 line of chocolate usually I would of eat it all and both apple turn overs. the feeling was good I was and I AM in control. yes I messed up in buying it in the first place but I controlled what I eat in the end.
