Weekends I back slide on nanything I lost during the week. My week should eliminate Saturdays and Sundays - maybe I'd stay with the program. Too much temptation at home.
161.6 lb Lost so far: 48.4 lb.    Still to go: 11.6 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
gaining 2.8 lb a week
