Black Bee's Journal, 11 April 2016

This weekend was an epic FAIL carbs carbs and more CARBS I do not know what my weight is going to be like at the end of this week, am going to see if being good this will counter it somewhat and then we have a function on Sunday again where it is going to be very difficult for me to be good. I hope everyone is going to have a great week.

You are not alone Black Bee, I am afraid my weekend was just as bad.... Weighing in on Friday... hopefully it won't be that bad!

Try making your weekdays as low carb days and that should give you the benefit of indulging in carbs on weekends. Read up on Carb Cycling. It's principles seem really interesting and can be easily followed so that one's efforts does not go to waste when life happens and carbs are part of the menu. There's a few methods of how to do it, some do a 3 day system of Low Carb, Moderate Carb and High Carb and some take another approach with 4 to 5 days of Low Carb and then 2 days of High Carb.
