weight loss is plateauing, but feeling and looking leaner. Sticking to BWF plan and have gotten way more consistent and disciplined. working out almost every day that i'm supposed to, and pushing each workout to be a little harder than the last workout of the same pairs. 1800cal/day is really difficult and any less just isn't workable for me. Gonna need to find a way to burn an extra 3-400 cals daily. Spring time is here. Nightly walks to the park will help some.
192.0 lb Lost so far: 75.0 lb.    Still to go: 22.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
