I decided to not go on a "diet" with food choices/limitations, so I started walking again. Friday was 20 minutes, Saturday was 30 minutes and today was 45 minutes that was excercise walking. I work tomorrow so I will be walking then of course, but at a much slower pace most of the time. I feel pretty good about it. Once I make it more of a habit, I think (hope) better food choices will come naturally.
Can't tell too much yet, but the scale dropped a pound since I last weighed in - but I think that is thanks to the fiber pills I take. That's the other thing I need to work on - taking the vitamins. Why do they make them so dang big? Why can't they be smaller and we take 4 instead of two or two instead of one? I wonder how much of the monstrous thing is nothing but filler to hold it altogether...
I think I will read a little bit then go to bed.
