Like most people, this past long weekend was tougher than I anticipated. Managed one fast day and the rest were terrible. Today is my second fast day of the week and it seems to be going well. I did manage to go to gym on all three days though, so I am hoping the increase on the scale is water retention. I will be happy with a 200 gram loss by friday.
