The time has come to say good bye to the 5 carbs or less in 3 weeks challenge...and i believe it was a total success...about half made good progress in more than 5 carbs and was still able to lose weight...I had received so many nice comments about the challenge...i considered that to be my great reward for the effort of the challenge..I know some that did join had no idea how to do keto...even if the numbers never got down to less than 5 grams of carbs, i can see they still had good results...not sure how many will stay in keto but a few claim this is going to be there way of eating from now on...some of the people had health issues like diabetics or high blood pressure...others was just tired of yo yo diets...That was my reason of starting this challenge...So many beautiful people in the FS site and so little time...thanks for your participation.
