Since jason has been home, my eating has been competely erratic. i am eating, hich feels more like binging. i am obsessing over candy and fats. i want them all the time. my goal is 128 pounds, i would be happiest at like 119, or even 124.5....but reality with my bone structure etc, i think 128 is healthiest...but 120 would rock! but being 120 would be really hard at this point because thats 18 pounds to lose...even though i have lost 80 something, it seems like so much now...the twenty pounds i mean, so i am on a fresh start. i had a fiber bar 140 cal and i am having tea, then water water water. will be joining gym again, goal is to burn/reduce 500 cal a day....we will see!!
