weighed inthis morning and i think my scale must be off. it says i weigh less today. i have removed calories from my diet butno so much as to loose weight this quickly. i will check at work. i am doing ok and trying not to give in to temptation. i have to go with what works for me and stay away from binge foods...yesteray a gir from work left a chocolate onmy desk and i was so tempted to eat it and justify it, but i didnt. i threw it out. my one vice are the latte bars, i could eat 4 or 5 a day!!! at 90 calories each i am getting calcium and fiber woohoo!! but i figure two a day...i get my sugar fix which i greatly need. i have ot get more imitation crab meat. thats my huge dinner with a lot ofbalsamic vinegar and chopped salad...texture, salt..good stuff.
now if i can just find a really good popcorn butter alternative...

I weighed in this morning at 136.2. I think yesterdays true weight was more like 138 but i rounded it up. I kept yesterday under a thousand calories which i am happy about. I ate pretty well, had protein, fiber, etc...husband has been hard to make happy which makes me anxious..i need to chill the eff out i guess...can't make people happy...if i could everyone would be in bliss.

Since jason has been home, my eating has been competely erratic. i am eating, hich feels more like binging. i am obsessing over candy and fats. i want them all the time. my goal is 128 pounds, i would be happiest at like 119, or even 124.5....but reality with my bone structure etc, i think 128 is healthiest...but 120 would rock! but being 120 would be really hard at this point because thats 18 pounds to lose...even though i have lost 80 something, it seems like so much now...the twenty pounds i mean, so i am on a fresh start. i had a fiber bar 140 cal and i am having tea, then water water water. will be joining gym again, goal is to burn/reduce 500 cal a day....we will see!!

so frustrated. tired of everyone telling me how great i look but i feel miserable. i want this weight to come off quickly but i am really struggling...yuck.
