I guess extra PMS then getting sick came in handy for my weight loss, I still have my regular TOM that starts today to go through then I can only imagine what the scale will say.

My boyfriend always thinks it's funny how I will try and see the good in EVERYTHING, probably why I can't stand having enemies...I look for the good in all people too.

Mellow- Veggies and water, especially water... and don't be afraid of fat, it is filling and so is the protein. Don't let yourself give in to temptation even during stressful times...so not easy! Main thing is be persistent and if you "mess up" don't worry you can easily get right back on track.
