My first time doing Weight Watchers was in the Spring of 2005. By the time Fall came, I was down almost 30 lbs. I was so happy!! Then over the course of a year and a half, I gained some of it back. I went on it again only to maintain in the 160s and then gained it all back up to 185.

The next diet I went on was Medical Weight Loss Diet in the Summer of 2007. I got down to 156 lbs!!! That was where I left off from Weight Watchers. I lost it in like 3 months though and I wasn't happy with eating the same thing everyday so I became very sick of it. I got off of it and ballooned back up to 190 :(.

Here I am sitting in the very uncomfortable 230s. I have never been this high ever and I have laziness but yet happiness to blame. I got married in September 2010 and I was at 205. I've gained at least 25 lbs since then and it's awful. My husband and I want to start a family soon, but I need to get my weight under control.

Goal is to start small and see results over time instead of instant gratification.

225: Car wash (this will kill me)
220: spend 100 dollars at Lane Bryant (cc)
215: iPhone case at the Apple store
210: Get a foot massage
205: try on wedding dress (my wedding weight)
200: buy a purse
195: buy new heels
190: buy a new bathing suit
185: get a psychic reading
180: Weekend mini vacation
