Haven't been able to hit the gym as often as I would like due to circumstances, but I will get back on that exercise horse a.s.a.p!! Good luck to everyone this week!
171.3 lb Lost so far: 2.9 lb.    Still to go: 0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
