exercise and supplements:
-started multivitamin this week (energy & metabolism)
-walked/jogged 2x this week, felt good

notes from doc's visits:
-primary care, dermatologist, dentist, esthetician
-skincare regimen- topical gels and moisturizers
-generic brand facial cleanser products have less of active ingredients
-for fatigue: drink more water, exercise and rest, iron, chamomile tea.
-melatonin ok.
