Saturday I ran my first 5k!!! Finished in 33:38. Happy with how I did especially with the hills on the route, I have trained on a pretty flat route. I'm still amazed 2 months ago I could barely run 3 mins, before that I never ran more than a mile in my life. I was way more nervous for this 5k than I was for the 2 breast cancer 3-days I've walked. Thankfully my husband ran with me. I REALLY needed him to not let me walk up the huge hill on the 5k route.
