Good morning, Monday!
The flooding and snow was a nice touch for school drop off... then fluffy rain, now just slow rainfall. Go home El Nino, you're drunk. Normally, weather doesn't matter to me, but I'm not feeling 100% and I rather just go back to bed. but ain't nobody got time for that. Today's workout schedule is Hammer & Chisel ISO Speer Hammer, Cize Full Out and maybe some treadmill. plus another Cize disc for fun later today. better get to it, as long as I don't sit down... I'll be fine.

Lifting day for me, and I think I'll be hitting an indoor climbing wall tonight. Just looked up Hammer and Chisel. I thought it would be high impact. It looks like a pretty good approach for people who like a mixed program. I'm impressed.

It's a wonderful program , a lot of work, but that's why we do this, right? Rock climbing wall... sounds like fun. I've been on a cruise ship with one, I checked it out, but got all chicken shit.

Ah, it's easy. You'd be amazed at how pumped you feel afterward too. It's like you've thumbed your nose at physics, even though someone is making sure you don't fall. YOU are the kind of person who would be addicted to it.

I got motivated and off to the gym myself. I wanna see those abs that have been hiding for 30 years.

The guy I climb with has a fear of heights. He's my belay partner. Because of the knowledge we have and his trust in my abilities, he's a goat. It's about trusting your partner.
