Today while walking up and down the stairs at the college with my daughter I realized that I am frail, like an old lady. I am so out of shape. My steps are careful. I ache. My feet hurt after walking for a half hour. I used to walk all night. Cement floors. The worst thing is that every day in the middle of the day I feel tired. Really bone tired like I need to sleep. I have been trying to remedy this with caffeine, but then I just end up being awake half of the night. I
