5 carbs or less in 3 weeks...I know some are struggling with this challenge...I know it is hard, it was meant to be.... but worth it for the ones that can even come half way to the target...Remember nothing ventured nothing gained. keep trying to improve each day and you will have a surprise in your life when you get close to the target...keep logging all your food in and that way you can see what is going on and why you are either doing fantastic or terrible. it is a learning processes. some of you will catch on fast and the others will still catch on but just need more time to figure it all out....if you don't give up in 3 weeks its perfect to get the handle on this and it my become your way of life...like me i tried so many diets i got to the point i didn't believe any of them....i have had radical improvement in my health in just two months and a great weight loss...and for a 72 y.o man more energy than i really need. this is true...i tell you no lie.
