Hi
My name is Penny and I started trying to loose weight a while ago, I was 78kg and got down to 75 but have since plateaued and can't get anymore off. I want to get to 70kg in 6 weeks using a wedding as a goal. I'm a very healthy eater but struggle with portion sizes and emotional eating which often involves chocolate of some sort. I'm reasonably active I go to the gym 2-4 times a week and also walk my dog 5 days a week as well as my job involving a large amoutn of physical activity carrying around 15kg's of gear. Another thing is I'm a big fan of wine which has alot of sugar in it, I want to make changes but don't want to make my life miserable in the process so the wine has to stay! Anyway would love any advice you have to offer! From Penny
