I started Medifast Monday afternoon. So far I'm about 3 days into it and doing better than I thought considering I'm eating out of envelopes. The food isn't that great but I didn't get into it thinking it would be. I haven't worked out this week since I knew my energy would be lower as I slid into ketosis. I am, however, going to the gym tonight because its been too long. This along with exercise should make me lose quickly and more importantly, KEEP IT OFF! I know the bad thing about Medifast and Nutrisystem, etc is that once you come off of them its easy to regain the pounds. The idea is to just use this as a kick start and continue it on my own.

I've lost over 3 pounds this past week. Not sure how much of it has to do with Medifast but I'll take it.
