Today has been quite a challenge, I wanted to skip my work out but I joined the challenge to do 30min work outs with music a day. Once I put my earphones in and cranked up some Drowning pool I breezed through the 30min. Really glad I pushed through. Tomorrow I'm doing a weigh in. I don't really feel like I have lost anything, but have been keeping inside my calorie intake and doing the 30min dance work outs along with daily hussles. Holding thumbs a hard week's work will show on the scale tomorrow.

I feel so a lot but after the workout is done I feel great , well done to you for doing this challenge to a better healthy You.

Thank u so much! Yes sometimes its just the get up and do it that is the hard part. Always a bonus to feel great after the work out. :)

Also remember, even though the scale isn't budging, you are losing cm's!!!
