Today I restart my correct eating habits in an attempt to lose the 30lbs that I gained whilst attending nursing school; plus 20lbs more that I was already overweight. It is my goal to maintain about 1700 to 1900 calories a day and record every morsel that goes into my mouth. Please ladies, this is a battle for all of us and if any of you have words of encouragement, I'd love to hear them.
