I am washing out completely. I actually called my husband from the supermarket and asked him to give me one reason not to buy the blackbread and copious amounts of butter....he did not answer the phone. I didn't buy it buy I ate like a piggy anyway. Arrrrgh
227.6 lb Lost so far: 2.4 lb.    Still to go: 42.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
