I am so proud of my wife. She recently found out how much she enjoys the home workouts that Beachbody provides. She loves the company and everything that they stand for so much that she decided to join them and become Beachbody coach. She has lost some weight and kept it off so far and I'm going to get her to start using fat secret to track it. She enjoys drinking the meal replacement shakes daily and sticking to the diets that the workout plans provide for her. i recommend anyone to do this if they just feel stuck with what they have been doing and are tired of the same old thing.
