I step on it... says I lost 7 pounds... ya.. right... then only 3 ... then 9... then 7.5.... then it said I gained 2.... and ya it was in the same spot... it was all messed up with two of my kids weights too.. same kind of story..... guess I'll be getting a new one next month... any recommendations?

Yeah, I chucked one too, after changing the battery didn't improve its performance. Now I have a clear Weight Watchers brand scale that I bought at Costco (land of the flexible returns for dissatisfied purchasers) that seems pretty consistent.

All scales like to screw with all of us regardless of digital or analogue. It's likely right on all the weight swings too. That's why I weigh daily. I can't bear the thought that I might glance by the low weight of the week and think I'm gaining because of carbs. Women have it even tougher. You guys have some wicked nasty hormones.

lol. Yeah, okay. I had a cheap spring scale that, if I shifted my weight, I could swing the weight by 8 pounds. It was a goner too.

It's supposed to be good... like the body fat analyzer dealie and water percentage ... all that... but i guess I've had it for over 10 years...

I am dealing with the same issue. My scale told me I weigh in at 193, 223, and 0. Time for a new one.
