Just figured up my BMI's from where I sit right now (I will have to update my weigh in when the day switches over, since it runs an hr after me) 10.3lbs (167) to put me from obese to overweight, 37.3 (140) to put me into the highest normal, 52.3 (125) for my dream weight, 64.3 (113) to put me at lowest normal :)
