Another great last few days of working out and eating great has put up a new good number. It's been tough at times to get a good workout in, but once you get on the treadmill or start a workout, it just seems to make you feel great. Happy to see results and will hopefully continue this weekend. Weekends can be tough as I don't have the consistency as I do during the week, but I can do it! Go me!
