I better watch what I'm doing here. I'm getting slack about calorie counting and it's creeping up on me. Still walking 2x daily though.

Been reading more lately. Just finished The Girl Who Kicked the Hornet's Nest. Really enjoyed that trilogy. Reading Moonwalking with Einstein now. Thinking about how to construct a memory palace. That led to some strange dreams going back to the house where I was raised and some weird identity swaps with Mr Coco and an ex.

Today, I may be meeting with a new client about a book design. He's a newspaper guy. I need to manage my social anxiety so I won't sweat and stammer. We're supposed to meet at a coffee shop, but I can't have coffee.The caffeine would put me over the neurotic edge. Maybe they'll have decaf tea...
155.2 lb Lost so far: 56.8 lb.    Still to go: 5.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 1.1 lb a week

Hi Coco! Stay cool during your meeting. Don't let the lbs creep back up again. It happened to me a little, so I had to adjust my RDI for gradual loss for a week or so.

Ceebee and Rune -- thanks! I hope it went well today, but hard to tell. I guess I'll know next week when they make their decision about which designer to go with. Rune, it is so easy to go down that slippery slope. I'm still eating with more discipline than I ever did before, but I'm having a treat here and there and I really should put a limit on it.
