Early morning car repairs and DMV with son is keeping me from getting in my steps today.

it is also keeping me from the fridge on my day off. I think I will have a larabar with water for lunch. If you never heard of Larabar, you need to try it. Amazing!

Kept my calories under 1800 and planning to do the same today. Wish me luck.

Love Larabars! Usually only eat half of one during a day because of my carb limit. They have 26 gr which will take me to my limit too quickly.

I'm a fan of Clif Builder bars. +20g on protein, sub300 cals and can hold me as a meal replacement if I decide to go that route. I haven't tried the Larabars yet. I'm always a bit concerned with the lower protein that I'll have one and still be hungry later on.

Hi--have you guys tried KIND bars? we get them here at work for snacks..most of them only have 17 grams of carbs, low in sugar too...
