Day one...almost over...I did pretty well I think. I only ate when I was hungry and made healthy choices when I did. I kept myself busy baking or cooking most of the day. Made some pitas and some Italian bread... both whole wheat. Cooked up some veggie stock (interesting process) for tomorrow's dinner (southwestern black bean soup)...should have enough to freeze some for later...Yay!
I think I can make this healthy eating thing a lifelong process...so long as I keep my head in the game.
