Mistybenner's Journal, 08 February 2016

Hello fatsecret community. This is my first entry. I downloaded this app a year ago January 2015 at 143.0 or so. Within months I gained 11 lbs. I lost that 11 lbs around November 2015 then voila, stopped working out and behold the 11bs were starting to creep up again!! 2016 I committed to a workout of 30 mins a day. I cut my calories to 1000 a day and I do not go over! Period! I eat bread once a week. I don't drink alcohol. I am running out of room I guess so this is it.

Diet Calendar Entry for 08 February 2016:

I've never noticed a limit on journal entries. I've been known to get a little "long winded", ahem....

1000 calories a day? that is starvation. Your body is going to go into starvation mood and your going to mess up your metabolism. I mean you if your doing intermediate fasting 1000 one day and 2000 the next is okay but geez. Be careful you could end up destroying your body.

I've stayed at 1200 calories a day for over a year. Once a week maybe over a little, often under the rest of the week. Haven't had any problems. I work out at least 5 days a week most of the time.

Thanks. Yes R... I think 1200 is good, was going to go for 15 but... It's scary ya know. I just keep in mind I have to do the workouts. Laziness is what got me the weight gain. Ugh.

Rckc, great job on your journey! Your story is amazing and very inspirational. So many give up thinking it is impossible to lose so much weight but ppl like you give them hope!
