feeling strong today after yesterdays accomplishment but a little sore so I decided to listen to my body.Thursday is usually my leg day but Imma do shoulders instead and save the legs for tomorrow.I need to remember to take my aminos.I wasn't able to make it to gym early bc dh is taking the car to the shop and he took it with him to work and his car's battery is dead so Imma just go tonite and hope its not to overly crowded. Im sure its starting to die down a bit. Im doing a ultra low carb day today and not having any fruit, for no reason other than I can and just want to however I did stock up and prep yesterday (my day off) and feel organized.. Don't you love that feeling? Im stressing a bit over Sunday bc I promised the family we could order pizza.. we have all been really really good and my guys are soo looking forward to it.. I personally for the first time in forever, could care less. Imma make my olive garden copy cat salad and maybe some chicken buffalo meatballs? any thing to stay in my boundries bc Im 8-9 lbs from my biggest loss ever and i got my eye on the prize..Im overly stressing about it though bc you know once its here and I smell it, it could go either way. Imma just try and steer clear of that devil in a box.. LOL .everyone have a super duper day ..

Sounds like your doing great, I'm with glen I would have a hard time with pizza in the house I would probably at least have an Atkins pizza in the house although I was just told by mahjohn that I shouldn't have it because it's so bad but for me if I was weak I think it would be the lesser of the two. Your going to see those numbers your looking at soon.
