Ugh, craving pop like crazy! I made same coffee, and I'm going to go bring my dog for a walk. I hope that helps!

Do you like flavored seltzer water? I find that when I'm craving soda sometimes I can have flavored seltzer water and the craving will go away. Other times, I actually need the soda - at that point I'd say just buy 1 can of whatever you are craving so you can control your intake. Good luck :)

Thanks :) I'm not sure I've tried it, I'll have to. I used to let myself have one Coke on Sunday's if I had been good food and drink wise all week. I had lost a lot of weight at that time. I might have to do that again.
