Okay, so this may sound silly to some and crazy to others, but I feel very accomplished right now! I have been trying the last few weeks to increase my water intake. Today, I completed my goal of a gallon of water in a day!! I know that most people probably drink a lot of water everyday, buy I'm not one of them. I don't normally drink a lot of anything. I can take an entire day to drink a 20 ounce pop sometimes.
So, drinking the recommended 64 ounces is difficult for me, but I have drank at least that much every day for the last two weeks. And today I finally drank a gallon of water! So happy right now! :)
