I will be going to three parties today....but the LCHF diet will not suffer at these places cause I will just eat the meat and fat that they will be serving.....If you was on a low carb diet you would be in trouble but this first time in my life not worried about there food choices. i will be posting new weight loss today, even though no exercise due to my bike accident.
